Monday, May 6th: Hello London!

Our journey to London started bright and early, as we left the hotel at 6:30am. The class boarded four taxi cabs to get to the train station.  Once we got to the train station, we were able to put all our luggage in storage and board the train. We took a four hour ride, arriving in London around noon. We didn't get to see much of the city today, as we went to Regent's College to see where we will be staying for the next 17 days.

Pulling into the campus to Regent's College, the class was struck by how similar it was to Elmira College. It features a small and intimate campus within the beautiful Regent's Park. After putting our belongings in our rooms, we then set off on a orientation to the college. We saw the beautiful library, refractory, and student commons within the school. After our tour, we ate a quick lunch at the refractory and unpacked our bags. I'm very excited to see what adventures London holds, I'm sure the next 17 days will be fantastic!
